I can't believe
... he said, "Oh I have already done the xxx process, and nothing to do now for month end close till Thursday."
WTH lor... he is supposed to do handover! Shouldn't that include all processes? Goes to show what kind of a person he is... SELFISH. If he can do anything to sabotage the team, he will. Sick!

Oyster Garlic wings
Serves 2
Ingredients:
6 chicken wings (cut into midjoint & tip, and drumlet)
Garlic minced
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
Pepper
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken wings with oyster sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper and minced garlic. Marinate for 1-2 hours.
2. Heat oil and fry chicken wings for 10mins till nicely browned.

Konnyaku "madness"
I've been making many batches of Konnyaku jellies since my last post. It's a joy to make it and give to my family, friends and colleagues. I think I must have made at least 400 jellies haha.
